Janko is a Family Lawyer, Mediator, Arbitrator, and Collaborative Law practitioner.

His experience in out-of-court family dispute resolution saves his clients a ton of money. Because his solutions usually satisfy all parties, they rarely need to see lawyers again and their children experience less conflict in the long run. If court is really necessary, Janko goes there too, but this is rarely where families belong.

Janko has also worked in the public sector rendering decisions on complex matters of international law and employment law. His decisions have been upheld at various tribunals and courts.

Janko studied at the University of Sydney, Australia, and the University of Toronto. He is admitted as a lawyer in British Columbia and PEI. In his spare time, he trains in Martial Arts, takes his dog on road trips, and tries to ride a motorcycle around the Island.
